Uzer Makina has developed steam hoses which increases curing press efficiency significantly. These steam hoses are more durable, energy saver and environment friendly compared to market equivalents. Due to the special materials, these steam hoses can decrease energy consumption of the press by 5%, it also prevents overheating the curing press area. Finally, these hoses help to decrease carbon emission and therefore decrease the harm to the nature, also provide full compliance to the latest European environment legislations.
We apply the insulation sponge that we use on the steam hoses to pipes on the presses as well. On the other hand, we apply glass wool insulation to valve systems. Similar benefits are also valid for these two applications: Energy Saving, preventing press area to overheat, preventing electronic components near pipes and valves to deteriorate due to high temperatures, decreasing carbon emission.
Platens are one of the most important press component since it actually does the curing by circulating steam through its steam channels. At Uzer Makina, we produce two types of platens which are Engrave Type Platens, and Drill Type Platens. Steel plates are directly purchased from the largest steel producer of Turkey. All steel plates are delivered with test certificate and all plates are controlled by UT against to lamination defects. In order to be 100% sure of impermability and appearance of the platens, weldings are made by state of the art welding machines including submerged arc welding station. Finally, platens are subject to a variaty of tests including penetrant test, ultrasonic inspection, dimensional control, leakage test and temperature distribution test.
At Uzer Makina, we also offer our customers curing valves as spare parts. We are the distribution partner of Rocky brand in Turkey.
Uzer Makina supplies spares of all sealing components used in the presses. On the other hand, we also supply hydraulic cylinder repair kits (for squeezing cylinders, up-down cylinders etc.) to our customers.
Periodical press maintenance service includes cleaning the presses, greasing the necessary parts, checking parts where periodical control is needed and changing parts if necessary. After this service, one can utilize the presses for longer period and without confronting surprise machinery breakdowns.
