Uzer Makina Continues Expansion

After doubling capacity in 2018 by separating press and mold factory, we are in progress of another expansion. We’ll move the pre-producing activities from press production plant to a brand-new building in early 2020. The construction process is underway.

The new building has 6500 m² area in 9500 m² land. Pre-production processes include storing steel raw materials, cutting, bending, construction, welding, sandblasting, heat treatment.

With this expansion we’ll increase our both mold and press production capacity. This expansion is about both to meet the increasing demand and our willingness to increase the proportion and the quality of the operations that is done inhouse. We’ll have a new furnace for heat treatment, a new sandblasting machine in the new building. We’ll also utilize the remaining area from press plant with additional press assembly areas and we’ll be establishing a brand-new painting shop too.
