- We commit to using and storing personal data responsibly and in accordance with relevant privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
- In all our operations, it is essential to comply with all applicable national and international laws and other requirements, avoid keeping fake or incorrect records, avoid providing misleading information, and refrain from engaging in methods that are not in line with business and societal ethics. It is also important to avoid engaging in activities that may create competition, to conduct our work without expecting any personal benefits in our interactions with institutions and organizations, and to remain neutral and equidistant to civil society organizations and political parties.
- We believe in fair competition and honesty in the areas where we operate, and it is our fundamental principle to conduct our work in this manner.
- Our management and employees are prohibited from engaging in any activity, accepting gifts, or offering goods/services that could affect business decisions, or create the impression of monetary and/or moral gain. We do not tolerate any relations that might create the perception of personal gain or conflict of interest.
- We aim to strengthen our business relationships and establish a normal commercial communication network by openly, in good faith, and unconditionally offering hospitality, social events, and other activities to our customers and third parties. However, we avoid situations that could lead to a conflict of interest or create such a perception.
- We do not offer facilitation payments, regardless of the amount, to secure or expedite any transaction or process (such as obtaining permits or licenses), and we do not tolerate third parties offering, promising, asking, or accepting such payments.
- We highly value our management and employees avoiding any actions or behaviors that could lead to a conflict of interest or appear to be in conflict with the company’s interests. •We do not allow personal gain or providing benefits to relatives or third parties in conflict with the company's interest, under any condition.
- Company resources and facilities cannot be used to support political activities, and no political activities can be conducted within the company. No donations can be made to political parties, nor can political campaigns be supported.
- Employees who engage in any political or social activities must do so in a personal capacity, outside work hours, and outside the workplace.
